My Healing Experience Using Advanced Bionutritionals’ Perfect Amino Tablets
By Bonnie O’Sullivan, Sandy’s Mom (Age 82)
On February 4, 2019, I began taking Perfect Amino tablets. I read about them in an article in The Journal of Anti-Aging Research by Dr. Frank Shallenberger, MD.
Dr. Shallenberger writes: We all know proteins are made up of amino acids. Eight amino acids are essential because we have to get them from our diet. But what we don’t all know is that the eight essential amino acids have to be in the right balance. Because if they are not balanced correctly we may end up with too much of one and not enough of another.
He explains the concept with this analogy: Imagine you own a bicycle factory. And imagine you had plenty of handlebars and seats and frames, but you only had one pair of tires. Well, it doesn’t matter how many of the other parts you have; if you only have one pair of tires, you can only make one bicycle! The rest of the parts go to waste.
The Great Whey Protein Hoax
If you take whey protein powder to build muscle, I have some news that may surprise you. Research shows that most of the protein in whey powder does not build muscles… and may actually be making you fat!
Here’s the story:
Whenever you consume any kind of protein, some of that protein is used by your body to build muscle, and some of it is turned into glucose to burn for energy.
How much of it is used for muscle and how much is turned into glucose? Well, that depends on what kind of protein you’re taking.
Scientists have studied all the types of dietary protein and measured how much of the protein is utilized by the body. And what they’ve found is that whey is one of the worst protein sources. In fact, only 17% of whey protein is utilized by the body, and the other 83% is turned into sugar!
But here’s good news:
There is a protein source that is 99% usable by the body: PerfectAmino tablets. People who consumePerfectAmino tablets are reporting greater muscle mass, less fat, thicker skin and nails, and more...
Perfect Amino tablets provide 99% of perfectly balanced amino acids that are used by your body to make proteins — and they are Vegan.
Dr. Shallenberger writes that the average person loses 30% of their muscle mass by the time they’re 60. But thanks to the perfectly balanced amino acids in Advanced Bionutritionals’ Perfect Amino tablets, you can stay strong and independent as you age — and even have more muscle than you did when you were younger — without exercising!
By taking Perfect Amino tablets you can not only get your youthful muscle mass back, you can improve your digestion (digestive enzymes are made of protein), strengthen your bones to protect yourself from fractures, lose weight and keep it off, get younger-looking skin and hair, improve your endurance, support better mental concentration and a better mood (hormones are made of protein), boost your immunity to fight infections (antibodies are made of protein), help alleviate food sensitivity symptoms, and gain an overall sense of health and vitality.
If you’re protein-deficient, it stands to reason that you would not make enough digestive enzymes. That means that you would not digest your food properly. This would make you even more protein-deficient… which would lead to even lower enzyme production. And so on.
There is also a Perfect Amino powder. On 2/13/19 Sandy and I stopped taking the tablets and started taking the powder (we ordered it a few days after we received the tablets). We didn’t like the strong citrus taste but when we diluted it with 20 ounces of distilled water it was okay (it dissolves quickly when stirred with a spoon). However, it irritated my stomach and Sandy complained that her kidneys hurt after the second day, so we plan to return it (you may return Advanced Bionutritionals products within 90 days of purchase).
Perfect Amino Powder Ingredients: Proprietary Blend: (L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Lysine HCl, L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Methionine, L-Tryptophan) 5 Grams. Other ingredients Malic Acid, Mixed Berry Flavor (Natural), Citric Acid, Stevia Extract, Sunflower Lecithin.
My History: Ever since I gave birth to my first child, my son, Bill, on December 14, 1957 (two days before my 21st birthday — 61 years ago) I have had to get up every night every two hours to pee.
And lately, I’ve been sleeping too much. By my 82nd birthday in December 2018, I was sleeping 10 to 12 hours at a time (mostly during the day as my days and nights were reversed).
This all changed within a week of taking five Perfect Amino tablets a day!
The afternoon of the day the Perfect Amino tablets arrived I took 5 tablets on an empty stomach (you take them either 1/2 hour before eating or 2 hours after eating).
The next morning I got up and was amazed at feeling more energetic than usual.
Since the second day, I’ve had more endurance and had to try not to overdo things!
Since the third day, I’ve gotten sleepy and gone to bed between 10 pm and 12 am.
Since the fourth day I’ve been sleeping between 7 to 8 hours at night, and only getting up once to pee (once after two hours and not again until I wake up in the morning!).
Therefore, I believe, my body, after 61 years, was finally able to heal my pregnancy-damaged kidneys with the Perfect Amino tablets.
Sandy’s Healing Experiences Using Perfect Amino Tablets and Powder
By Bonnie O’Sullivan, Sandy’s Mom
Since February 4, 2019, Sandy (57) has been taking five Perfect Amino tablets every day and reports that the pain in the roof of her mouth from her third surgery to remove a melanoma tumor from her left sinus area one year ago has disappeared.
The swelling in the roof of her mouth had gotten so much better after taking MMS1 for six months that on January 28, 2019, she had new dentures made. But, even with dentures that fit perfectly, she was still having pain in the roof of her mouth after eating.
Since she began taking five Perfect Amino tablets daily, all of her pain has gradually faded away. Even the pains throughout her body that have been moving around from one area to another since August when she began taking MMS1 have also disappeared.
For the past five days, she has been eating her meals with absolutely no pain for the first time in 17 years (the last of her teeth were removed in December 2001 and, until September 2009, she had infected and dead bone removed multiple times from her jawbone and the roof of her mouth).
Sandy is continuing to take three to six drops of MMS1 daily as a maintenance dose to flush out toxins from wherever they are stored in her body.
Another major change in Sandy's health is that a week after she began taking the Perfect Aminos, her chickpea wounds gradually began to show signs of healing. So, yesterday, February 14, 2019, after having two chickpeas in her legs (one in each leg), for two years and 3½ months, she decided to remove them.
[Sandy intended to keep the chickpeas in her legs until they either showed signs of healing or for two years after her February 8, 2018, sinus surgery (which will be February 8, 2020) because twice before it took the melanoma tumor two years to grow back.]
Over the four days between the morning of February 11 and the evening of February 14, the chickpea wound in her left leg began trying to grow a mucousy film over the chickpea and the chickpea began to get more and more difficult to remove, and the wound in her right leg began to get more and more shallow.
We recognized both of these reactions as signs of the wounds trying to heal because of my experience having a chickpea in my left leg.
On November 1, 2016, both Sandy and I placed a chickpea in our left legs to help our bodies remove toxins and also stimulate our immune systems, which would help our bodies to heal whatever needed to be healed (after watching a video a few days later of a person with cancer who had two chickpeas Sandy placed a chickpea in her right leg).
After seven months (November 2016 to June 2017) of having a chickpea in my left leg, my wound tried to heal itself in both of the ways Sandy’s two wounds tried to heal.
At first, my wound tried growing a mucousy film over the chickpea, which I didn't realize was a sign of healing so I just scraped away the mucus and replaced the chickpea. Then, a few days later, the wound became more and more shallow until I finally realized it was trying to push the chickpea out and heal the wound. After I took the chickpea out and covered the wound with a square of cabbage and covered it all with a large bandaid (and repeated doing that every 12 hours), the wound formed a scab in a few days and healed.
So, after having chickpeas in two wounds (one on each leg) from November 2016 to February 2019, Sandy removed the chickpeas and placed cabbage squares over the wounds and large bandaids over them. In a few days, they will form a scab and heal.

Note: We recommend anyone contemplating having a root canal procedure to watch: Root Cause — It is a feature-length documentary based on one man's extraordinary true story — a 10 year long journey to find the underlying cause of his panic attacks, and other chronic illnesses, that becomes an exposé of the dental root canal procedure's harmful health risks. Watch on Netflix or purchase from Amazon.
Root Cause hits close to home for us as Sandy’s dental and health journey has been very similar.
When you are removing disease and/or toxins from your body using MMS1 you will experience pains (“Herxheimer’s Reactions” or “Healing Reactions”) that come and go. These are temporary symptoms that occur as the body heals at a deep level. Reactions, when they occur, are almost always mild, but sometimes can be severe.
The more toxic the body is, the more drastic the detoxification, and the more intense the reaction. If you have not had any major health problems or surgeries (necessary or elective) throughout your life, your reactions will usually be mild.
I have been taking MMS1 along with Sandy since August 5, 2018, and since I’ve been relatively healthy throughout my 81 years, I have only experienced mild Herxheimer's Reactions. These consisted of a pain in one and then the other of my hips while walking, which went away as I kept walking. This kept happening on and off the whole time I was on the 21 days of MMS1. My improvements are that I no longer feel stiff and sore when I get out of the car after a long car ride (an hour or more), my resting oxygen level is now 98 instead of 90 as it was before taking MMS1, and a tooth that was sensitive to sugar before is now fine. (I’m now on the Maintenance dose of 6 drops of MMS1 every day.)
In the case of having a severe reaction, as Sandy did (an angry red rash and severe pain in her back), it helps (by easing your mind) if you understand what your body may be healing and/or eliminating.
In Sandy’s case, her doctor recently told her the name of the bone fragments that have been constantly coming out of her gums for the past 17 years: “sequestra” (see below)
[Note: This is the same doctor who, in September 2001 (after she had all her teeth extracted and needed multiple bone scraping surgeries to remove infected and dead bone), diagnosed her as having osteomyelitis/osteonecrosis of the jaw caused by being prescribed tetracycline (for diarrhea) before her second teeth came in.]
[Note: A sequestrum (plural: sequestra) is a piece of dead bone that has become separated during the process of necrosis from normal or sound bone. The pathological definition usually refers to a complication of osteomyelitis and represents devascularisation of a portion of bone with necrosis and resorption of surrounding bone leaving a 'floating' piece. The sequestrum acts as a reservoir for infection and as it is avascular (characterized by or associated with a lack of blood vessels) is not penetrated by antibiotics.]
Without knowing about “sequestra” Sandy would not know that her healing reactions from taking MMS1 are probably the bone fragments being dissolved and eliminated from her body. (In 2014 Sandy asked her cancer surgeon if he would send some of the bone fragments to a Laboratory to find out what they consisted of and he did, but the Lab said there wasn't enough material to be diagnosed.) [Note: Neither doctor could suggest a method to stop the bone fragments from constantly coming out of her gums.]
After learning their name and its meaning and noticing that she was having fewer bone fragments working themselves out of her gums after taking MMS1 at 3 drops every hour for 8 hours a day for 16 days, she began taking MMS1+ (the + means DMSO is added — DMSO naturally has anti-inflammatory properties and is used to help bring MMS1 deeper into the body). Since adding DMSO, the bone fragments have become even smaller in size and do not appear every day.
Since she began to take MMS1, Sandy feels happy when she wakes up in the morning, her body is less swollen, her dentures fit better, she feels more energetic, she is not afraid that she will never feel healthy again as she has for the past 21 years, she has stopped craving sugar and other carbohydrates (this means MMS1 is balancing the bacteria in her intestines — her microbiome — because MMS1 kills bad bacteria but does not harm good bacteria), her ears have stopped constantly draining a clear liquid that irritated her ear canal, her breathing is much deeper (her resting oxygen level increased from 95 to 98), and her feet have softened around the edges where hard callouses were before.
After Sandy had her severe Herxheimer’s Reaction, she began to take 3 coffee enemas a day, stopped taking MMS1 for one day, reduced the MMS1 drops to 1/16th of a drop every hour, 8 hours a day for 3 days and gradually increased the amount to 3 drops and, at the one-drop level, began adding equal amounts of DMSO (after adding 4 ounces of distilled water) to the activated MMS1. From the day she stopped taking the MMS1 for one day, the rash and pain in her back gradually disappeared and have stayed away.
Beginning at the 3 drop level, Sandy has gone through several mild Herxheimer’s Reactions. First, she had a pain in her right hand for two days and could not use the hand! Then she had a pain in her left ankle for one day. Then the pain was in her right shoulder for another day, then her left shoulder. Today she has a mild pain and a rash under her left breast (we put Neosporin ointment on it and that helped with the pain).
Sandy says none of these pains have been as bad as the pain in her back, and since fewer bone fragments indicate she is gradually getting rid of the "reservoirs of infection" in her gums, she has continued to take 3 drops of MMS1+ every hour, 8 hours a day (and 3 coffee enemas a day) and plans to continue doing so until all the pains stop and she is no longer getting bone fragments out of her gums.
My Experience With A Serious Healing Crisis
by Bonnie O’Sullivan, Sandy’s mother
In November 1982 I spent a month at the Gerson Cancer Clinic in Rosarito Beach, Mexico. I went there as a companion of a friend.
At the clinic, I chose to go on the allergy diet, which is the same as the cancer diet. We drank 13 glasses of fresh (not more than 5 minutes old), organic juice daily (one glass was fruit juice, three glasses consisted of 4 ounces of raw, organic calves liver juice mixed with 4 ounces of carrot juice, three were green juice, and the rest were pure carrot juice. The staff ground and pressed the liver fresh three times a day. All the juice was made with a stainless steel Norwalk juicer and press (the press is used so more juice can be pressed out of the pulp by putting it into cloth bags and pressing it electronically).
The green juice was the worst tasting stuff imaginable. It made me gag. We had all the fresh organic fruit we could eat every day. And we were served three full vegan meals daily that did not contain flour products.
Every 4 hours during the day we took coffee enemas made with distilled water (at the Gerson Clinic everyone drank and used distilled water only).
Soon after we arrived we heard bells ringing and an announcement was given over a loudspeaker (one was in every hallway) that another patient was in a "healing crisis," which they were celebrating!
In 5 days I had a healing crisis that caused a fever that lasted 24 hours (we took coffee enemas every 2 hours all day and night when we were in a healing crisis). After that, I seemed to be finished with healing reactions.
However, after 6 weeks on the diet (I continued to follow the diet at home for two weeks after leaving the clinic), I had a major healing crisis.
I had my tubes tied in 1978 (in England where I was living at the time) and at my post-surgery follow-up appointment the English surgeon advised me to have a hysterectomy as soon as possible because the lab reported that my tissue sample showed “unhealthy tissue.” I refused to have a hysterectomy and the tubal ligation incision healed with no sign of an incomplete healing.
So when I got a fever and my lower abdomen was tender at the site of the incision, I immediately thought that this healing crisis must be a healing of that “unhealthy tissue.”
Still, after 6 days of my fever hovering around 103° F to 104° F, I decided I’d better get a doctor’s opinion. So on the morning of the 6th day, I asked my husband to take me to the Stanford Health Care Hospital Emergency Room on his way to work (we were living in Belmont, CA and had Health Insurance to cover the visit).
At the Emergency Room, the doctor on call palpated my abdomen and I screamed. He stated that I had Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and needed surgery immediately. I said, “No, I’m in a healing crisis and I’ll get better without an operation.” He said he never heard of a healing crisis and didn’t believe there was such a thing.
An hour later, when I hadn't changed my mind, he called in an elderly surgeon who had a better bedside manner. He asked me to tell him everything that I had been doing "to get myself into this situation." I explained about the Gerson Cancer Clinic and what I had been doing to cause me to have a healing crisis and I stated that I believed it was a good thing, although I was having trouble getting through it.
He said I was dehydrated and asked if I would make him a promise if he helped me. I asked what the promise was. He said if he admitted me to the hospital for 24 hours and put me on an IV drip to hydrate me, by the next morning if my fever hadn’t broken, would I promise to let him operate? Of course, I said “Yes,” although I thought to myself, “I’ll never let him operate, but I’ll deal with that tomorrow.”
So, he admitted me and instructed me not to take anything by mouth, not even water, during the next 24 hours. (It was my fault that I had become dehydrated; I had been drinking less than 13 glasses of juice a day since I left the clinic and even fewer since I had developed the fever.)
I heard the doctor instruct the nurse to put me on a sodium IV drip, but the Gerson clinic taught me to never use sodium when you’re trying to heal, so I asked him for a potassium IV drip instead, and he okayed it.
When I got to my room I called my husband and explained the situation and asked him to please bring me a couple of thermos’ of fresh carrot juice, a quart of coffee concentrate (I had prepared it the day before and it was in our refrigerator), and my enema bucket when he got off work. (I was going to continue the Gerson therapy no matter what!) The quart of coffee concentrate made four quarts of coffee, which meant I would have enough for four enemas. I used tap water to make my enemas at the hospital, which I would never do unless it was an emergency as I felt this was.
My husband agreed and brought everything to the hospital that afternoon. I drank juice and took coffee enemas all through the evening and night. The nurses came in and replaced the IV drip several times and never noticed that I was taking enemas!
By morning my fever was gone and my abdomen was palpable with no pain at all! The doctor released me and I walked the 5 miles home carrying the empty thermos bottles and my enema bucket in two paper grocery bags — I couldn’t wait for a taxi — I was so ecstatic, I felt like I’d won the lottery!
Since that day, December 16, 1982 (my 46th birthday), I have not followed the Gerson Cancer Therapy Diet. I have been eating meat, eggs, cheese, fruit, vegetables and flour products. I chose not to follow the Gerson Therapy Diet for life because it takes all day, every day, to shop for and prepare the food, plus my allergies were much better (and still are). The parts of the Gerson Cancer Therapy I have continued to follow are I use only distilled water for drinking and everything else and I take a coffee enema every morning.
Sandy had a third surgery to remove a tumor from her sinus at Stanford Medical Center in Palo Alto, CA, on February 8, 2018. She was in surgery for two and a half hours. It was much more invasive than her previous two sinus surgeries.
They had to remove some bone. She had to stay overnight at the hospital. They increased her pain meds and gave her a prescription to use for another 4 days.
She feels like she was kicked in the right eye by a horse. Her face is swollen on the right side but that is the only after effect you can see. Right before the surgery, the doctor told us that if he needed to disturb the nerve that is right beside the tumor she might have permanent numbness of her right cheek and the loss of her facial muscles on the right side of her face. That was very scary to hear. Thankfully, he told me (at 4:40 pm in the waiting room where I had been since 9 am) that he did not need to touch the nerve.
I was with her on and off before the surgery started at 2 pm (it was supposed to start at noon but got delayed due to his previous surgery going overtime) and was told she would be able to go home after the surgery (it ended at 4:30 pm) plus a 90 minute stay in the recovery room (6 pm). The recovery room time was extended over and over due to the fact that they were having a difficult time controlling her pain. Finally, they tried lidocaine, which is used for dental procedures, and it did the trick. Then, at 9 pm, I was told she was being admitted to the hospital.
I was with her as they wheeled her to her room (she told me the pain she was having in the recovery room was exactly like a toothache only a thousand times worse) and then I had to leave.
Sandy changed her chickpeas after I left (it was exactly 12 hours after she changed them that morning) and she changed them again 12 hours after that the next morning. (While I waited for the doctor to decide if she needed to stay overnight in the hospital I went to the car and got 4 chickpeas and 4 squares of cabbage plus 4 band-aids, just in case he admitted her).
After leaving the hospital I got another motel room, this time in Sunnyvale, 20 minutes south, as all the motels were full all the way up the peninsula to South San Francisco. We both stayed in a motel in Redwood City the night before the surgery as she had a full day of tests the day before the surgery. So we were in or near Palo Alto from 11 am on 2/7/18 to 3 pm on 2/9/18.
After Sandy was discharged from the hospital we went to the CVS drug store and got her pain prescription filled and left Palo Alto. We were home in less than two hours
That night, 2/9/18, Sandy slept during the night off and on sitting up in her easy chair. She had blood draining down the back of her throat, which is the only thing the pain meds didn’t help. The doctor said when she goes to bed she should be propped up at a 30-degree angle until the bleeding stops. The bleeding tapered off over the next two days.
She had a follow-up appointment to see the doctor on February 14, 2018 at 2:30 pm to find out if the tumor was malignant or not and to have the doctor look at his handiwork. She told him she does not want chemo or radiation therapy if it turns out to be melanoma again. He told us he had received the slides of Sandy’s previous melanoma tumors from December 2013 and January 2016 but hadn’t looked at them yet. She is now part of a “Stanford Melanoma Study.”
On February 14, 2018, at her follow-up appointment, we learned that Sandy’s tumor tested positive for malignant melanoma. The surrounding tissue and bone were negative for melanoma. The doctor said that part was good. Before seeing the doctor the doctor’s student-assistant (whom I believe was the one who performed the surgery) picked off the scabs in Sandy’s sinus and, even with the anesthesia a nurse sprayed into her nose a half hour before, she screamed and screamed (he removed most of them and they were sucked up with a vacuum device attached to the tweezers he was using). I watched on the monitor as she screamed but I didn’t hold her hand because her knuckles were white as she gripped the armrests of the chair. The doctor finally came in and took his “protege” out of the room for a few minutes and then they both came back in and the doctor said they both decided that that was enough for the day (he also said he couldn’t just stand outside the room and listen to her scream even though it is necessary to remove the scabs so scar tissue doesn’t build up and block her airway).
It took us 2 1/2 hours to get home that night in stop and go traffic and it was dark most of the time (during the middle of the day it usually only takes 2 hours but we left at 5:30 pm and got home at 8 pm). Sandy is my navigator and she was up to the job even after all her pain and then having to take extra pain medication just to get home. We tried to eat out at the Fish Market (where she used to be a waitress 30 years ago and where she had made us a reservation) but 1/2 way through our meal she couldn’t stand the pain in her face and we packed it up and left (she thinks the anesthetic they sprayed into her sinus wore off just as we were beginning to eat). The next day we both had sore muscles from our grips on things (Sandy the armrests and me the steering wheel). All in all, it was a horrible Valentine’s day.
In answer to Bill’s (Sandy's brother) text, “Not fun. Hopefully, they got all of the tumor! With no issues in the surrounding areas, I take it, this is good news!” Yes, they got all of the tumor, but they got it all the last two times also (but this was the first time any bone or surrounding tissue was removed). This time, with the removal of bone from the scull base and the 3 samples of salivary gland tissue from the surrounding area, all of which tested negative for melanoma, the doctor said that that news is good. Sandy will see the doctor again on the 23rd of Feb. and, in the meantime, she is removing the scabs herself with saline rinses (NeilMed Sinus Rinse premixed packets are what the doctor recommended and they are working well). She is using a Neti Pot instead of the spray bottle that comes with the packets.
Ben (Sandy's son) asked: “What "stage" is Mom in?” I Googled "stages of cancer definition" and this is what I found: "Stage 0. This stage describes cancer in situ, which means ’in place.’ Stage 0 cancers are still located in the place they started and have not spread to nearby tissues. This stage of cancer is often highly curable, usually by removing the entire tumor with surgery." I guess that's why the doctor said the results of the lab tests on the surrounding tissue and bone were good.
We are praying that the chickpea therapy will prevent the tumor from growing back and/or metastasizing. The chickpeas seem to be working well to prevent the melanoma from metastasizing. Sandy says she is willing to have the melanoma tumor removed again and again and keep changing the chickpeas in her legs every 12 hours forever if it will keep the melanoma from metastasizing. She has been on the chickpea therapy for 15 months so far and the physicist who wrote the book about it says it takes at least 18 months to get rid of metastasized cancer (and surgically removing cancerous tumors, if possible, helps). He says cancer is caused by two things: toxins and trauma.
I’m going to ask Sandy’s surgeon next week if he can recommend a psychiatrist who specializes in incest survivors and who takes Medicare. Sandy has resisted going to a psychiatrist because she didn’t want to talk about what her dad (who died in 1997) did to her and Cappie (Caprice Ann Petry, March 19, 1959 - July 27, 1980, Sandy's sister who died in a car accident) but yesterday she said she and I talk about it all the time so maybe it’s time she goes and talks about it with someone who might be able to help and not just sympathize. I agree because I think she needs someone to give her some tools to deal with her feelings instead of letting them cause the tumor to grow back.
Some psychiatrists say talking about a trauma without the tools to reduce the stress that talking about it causes makes the body believe the trauma is taking place again and again.
Sandy is feeling a little better today. She is so angry at the student doctor that she never wants to see him again. We will see if she goes back to Stanford next week or not. I couldn’t tell you one way or another.

Lymph swelling is my problem and the best advice I have found to reduce it came from George E. Ashkar, Ph.D. He has a website, www.cancerselfcure.com, where he gives away his book, Cancer Cure (2010), and where he has posted a “How To” video for detoxifying the body.
I began the treatment on November 4, 2016 and since then I have experienced a gradual diminishing of my lymph swelling.
In December 2013 and again in January 2016 I had surgery to remove a melanoma tumor from my right sinus, so I am planning to continue the treatment for 18 months, which is Dr. Ashkar’s advice for cancer patients (two months for arthritis patients). After both melanoma surgeries my ENT surgeon advised me to have radiation treatments, but I declined.
Since 2001, due to taking tetracycline before my permanent teeth came in (I was born in 1961), I have had numerous oral surgeries to remove my teeth, and remove infected and dead bone from my jawbone.
Tetracycline caused my teeth to be malformed (long and slender roots, hyper fragile, highly sensitive, and discolored at the gum line). No dentist or doctor I went to for face pain, canker sores in my mouth, and/or to ask why my molars had tiny fracture lines all over them realized I had a “hidden” bone infection.
At age 20 I had my impacted wisdom teeth removed and they broke apart so badly I had tooth particles working themselves out of my gums for years.
In 1996 after a dentist performed a root canal on one of my molars I was in horrific pain until he removed the tooth in a subsequent visit. It was after that, in 1996, when I was 35, that my lymph swelling began. Then, in 1997, I lost three more molars and, due to recurring endometriosis, I had a hysterectomy.
By 2001 my body was so swollen and painful I had to give up my waitressing job and, because my doctor’s only solution was to prescribe powerful opioids, I began looking into alternative medical options.
First, I had my teeth removed by an alternative oral surgeon. This was when the bone infection became obvious as I had to have more and more bone removed due to the pain in my face.
After my last oral surgery in September 2009, to remove infected bone from the roof of my mouth, the surgeon told me he had accidentally broken through the floor of my sinus and didn’t know what it would do to me health-wise (four years later, in December 2013, melanoma was discovered in my right sinus).
All of the non-surgical alternative medical methods I have tried to reduce my lymph swelling involved detoxification treatments and every one caused me to have spots break out on my skin — on my fingers, arms and legs — that oozed pus, which caused me to stop the treatments.
Dr. Ashkar’s method is working, in my opinion, due to the fact that it uses chickpeas, removed and replaced twice daily, at an appropriate area on the skin (on the calf of one leg) to remove the pus, which Dr. Ashkar says is loaded with toxins (i.e. carcinogens).

Update of Sandy and Bonnie’s NIA Treatment (Dr. Ashkar's Chickpea Therapy)
By Bonnie O’Sullivan, Sandy's mom (on her 80th birthday)
Sandy, my daughter, has been trying to return to a normal state of health after two surgeries to remove a melanoma tumor from her left sinus (one in December 2013 and one in January 2016), which we believe was caused by her 2009 surgery — the final surgery of many oral surgeries since 2001 — to remove infected and dead bone from the roof of her mouth (the infected and dead bone — osteomyelitis and osteonecrosis — were side effects of being prescribed Tetracycline when she was three that also caused the discoloration of her teeth).
Dr. Villafona, Sandy’s oral surgeon, told me after the surgery, while we were waiting for Sandy’s anesthesia to wear off, that he had “broken through the floor of the sinus” and when I asked him what that meant for her recovery, he said he didn’t know, but I could tell he was upset about it.
As well as the recurring melanoma tumor, there are other areas of Sandy’s body that have not retuned to a normal state… namely, the inflammation she has had throughout her body for 20 years that causes swelling and pain in the lymph glands in her breasts.
The only treatment of the pain and swelling offered by Sandy’s doctors has been pain killers. With steely determination she has reduced the amount of pain killers to methadone only (this has been done completely on her own — the doctors are more than willing to to give her other drugs too, until she would be completely unable to function or they killed her).
Then, we heard about the NIA Treatment (Dr. Ashkar's Chickpea Therapy), which is supposed to not only be good for reducing inflammation in the lymph system, but for curing cancer as well.
It all began when one of our Dr. Kelley cancer patients called my husband, Dale, in October and asked what he thought about another cancer cure called “Neutral Infection Absorption (NIA) Method” invented by George E. Ashkar, PhD. Dale had never heard of NIA, but asked for the name of Dr. Ashkar’s website: www.cancerselfcure.com. We watched the video about it that is on his website. (Note: There is a video I liked better on YouTube: George Ashkar, full version, English, 1-10-2015.) It made sense to me immediately and I became the guinea pig.
On November 1, 2016 I began the treatment that will cleanse my blood of arthritis causing impurities in two months (I felt better the 2nd day!) and Sandy started it on November 4, 2016 (to cure cancer in six to 18 months — and, after only two days, the swelling and pain in her lymph glands began to decrease).
We’ve been told over and over by Sandy’s dentists and doctors that — short of radiation and chemotherapy — they have gone as far as they can go to help rid her body of cancer, osteonecrosis or “dead bone” and osteomyelitis or “hidden bone infection.” And Dr. Villafona said he hesitated to do her last surgery because he thought he had gone as far as he could go with the several bone removing surgeries he had already done. As far as helping with her inflamed and swollen lymph glands, they have no idea how to help — just pain pills.
Now, miracle of miracles, she is getting good results using the NIA method. The amount of bone shards she’s been getting out of her gums for years have tapered off, making it easier to chew her food with her dentures. Plus, she can feel the movement of fluid in her lymph glands, which she has never felt before.
Here is what the NIA treatment is doing for me, Bonnie, an 80 year old who didn’t realize she had a serious health problem: Before I started the treatment I could not raise my left arm above my head (I could use my right hand and push my arm up by the elbow, and, once up, it felt okay, but it hurt going up and I had to lower it with my right hand, too). This had been going on for four years (it went away while I was on the Fast Diet, but came right back when I stopped fasting). I thought I had damaged my shoulder by using my Turbosonic whole-body vibrator daily between 2008 and 2012 (I stopped using it because of my left shoulder pain). Turns out, the pain was caused by arthritis, not the Turbosonic!
Also, arthritis must have been causing me to behave like I was “rusting,” just like the Tinman in The Wizard of Oz, because since starting the NIA treatment, I find myself bending over to pick things up off the floor before I even think about it, whereas before I avoided bending over because I was so stiff (I didn’t even realize I was avoiding picking things up because of stiffness; I chalked it up to being too busy with other things — or that I was just lazy).
Also, I get out of bed now after sleeping for 8 hours or more with no aches or stiffness. I hardly noticed being achey and stiff before — but now that I can get up out of bed quickly and easily I realize I used to be achey and stiff!! It amazes me to realize I had these signs of arthritis without being aware of them.
However, I also had a sign of arthritis that I was aware of: the joints closest to my fingertips on each of my little fingers are misshapen and crooked. I knew this was arthritis and I was using diet (eating more alkaline food — green veggies — and less acidic food — soda, vinegar, oranges and tomatoes) to prevent them from getting worse.
Now, those joints are still misshapen, but they are not red and swollen and do not hurt. Dr. Ashkar says if a person does the NIA treatment for just two months, the arthritis relief will last for years!!!
Note: Dale has gotten relief from joint pain by becoming a Vegan (over four years ago).
Note: We are not having “black liquid” coming out into our chickpeas as other people report — we believe that’s because we do coffee enemas (made with distilled water — we drink only distilled water and use it for everything as per Dr. Kelley and Dr. Gerson). Sandy has been doing two coffee enemas a day since she’s been on the NIA method and I’ve been doing one a day (as we both have for 34 years).
Sandy had a full body PET/CT scan on January 23, 2014. You can see what this involved by going to this site: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/
She received the all-clear results on January 30th at an appointment with Dr. Drury the ENT doctor who removed the melanoma tumor from her sinuses.
Dr. Drury and the doctor she has been seeing for her osteomyelitis of the jawbone for the past 13 years (Dr. Tufft) decided she should go to an oncologist at The University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) for a follow-up/second opinion as USCF has a Melanoma Clinic with an ongoing melanoma study.
Sandy's appointment at UCSF is on February 18, 2014.
Dr. Drury told us that since the scan was clear of cancer, the oncologist probably won't recommend that she have chemotherapy or radiation.
This was good news because Sandy doesn't want any of that.
Today Sandy went to her follow-up appointment with the ENT doctor.
His news was not good. The mass he removed from Sandy's sinus was malignant. We were stunned. He said it was melanoma, which is very rare in mucous membranes.
So, he gave her a prescription for a full body scan, which is to try to detect if she has melanoma anywhere else in her body (her appointment for that is next Thursday, January 23rd). Then he will see her again to discuss the results of the scan and refer her to an oncologist.
He told us the oncologist would either just watch her to see if anything else shows up or she could be scheduled for chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
On December 17, 2013 Sandy had a large polyp, which was shaped like a peanut shell, removed from her sinuses. The doctor said it was in the far back area of her sinuses and it was completely blocking the right side and partially blocking the left side, which, according to the doctor, was blocking her lymph and was the cause of her breasts being swollen. Since then, the swelling in her breasts has decreased so much she says she’s amazed at how much better her whole body feels (the feeling she had before was like she had an inflated inner-tube wrapped around her chest).
Sandy has been telling me about this feeling since she had a hysterectomy in November 1997 (16 years ago).
Dr. Clark explained to Sandy in 2001 that having a hysterectomy was the cause of the swelling of her breasts because before her hysterectomy a pathway had been established to send the toxins from the hidden infection in her jawbone (see next paragraph) to her ovaries (which was causing the endometriosis, which was the reason for the hysterectomy) and, when her ovaries were removed, the pathway changed and went to her breasts. Dr. Clark also explained that since the pathway to her breasts was now established any other toxins released from an infection in her body would follow the same pathway.
Sandy’s problem began with a hidden infection called osteomyelitis (infected bone) in her jawbone which was caused by taking tetracycline at age two, which discolored and weakened her permanent teeth that were in the process of developing in her jawbone, and, being hit under her jaw in a swimming pool accident at age nine, which caused fractures from the crown to the tips of the roots of several of her molars.
Unbeknown to Sandy an infection from the fractures of the roots gradually caused both osteomyelitis and osteonecrosis (dead bone) in her jawbone, which caused toxins to drain into her body. (Note: Sandy had several endometriosis operations between the ages of 18 and 30 before she had her hysterectomy in 1997 at the age of 36. In the screening of a video of one of those operations we saw drooping strings of what looked like pearl necklaces, which the doctor called endometriosis material as he removed them with a laser.)
By January 2001, three years after her hysterectomy, Sandy was in so much pain and so swollen she thought she was dying, but her Washington state dentist, who had removed three molars after trying to save them with root canals that failed, did not realize she had osteomyelitis/osteonecrosis.
It was after she came to live with me, her mom (Bonnie) and Dale in March 2001 that she was diagnosed with osteomyelitis/osteonecrosis of the jawbone (this was in September of 2001 after seeing several doctors and dentists and having had several more teeth removed). Between September 2001 and September 2009 she had all of her teeth removed and multiple jawbone scrapping surgeries and dead bone removal surgeries (during the surgery in September 2009 the dentist said he had broken through into her sinus area as he was removing dead bone).
Now, with both the infection and the polyp gone we believe the lymph nodes in Sandy's breasts will be able to go completely back to normal. (Update: This did not happen, in December 2015 the tumor was discovered to be back and she had another operation to remove an even bigger tumor than the first one in January 2016, which was also melanoma.)
When antibiotics did not clear up Sandy's sinus infection and/or the bloody mass in her sinus her doctor sent her to have a CT scan of her sinuses. The scan showed a mass (polyp or cyst) in her right sinus and Sandy was referred to an Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) specialist.
Sandy is scheduled for surgery on Tuesday morning (December 17, 2013) with her ENT doctor. She and I spent all day Friday at the doctor's office in Oakland and at the hospital, up the street from the doctor's office, getting her pre-op check-up and an EKG taken and her blood drawn.
The doctor said if there is any infected bone in her sinuses he will remove it. The operation is supposed to be just for the removal of a polyp, but, once he is in there he will do whatever needs to be done. (He told us what he has had to do in other cases: go in through the mouth and up numberswiki.com
to the sinuses to remove infected bone.)
She will have packing in her sinuses for three days, and she has to go back to see the doctor the next day for a post-op check-up and again on the 26th.
Until Tuesday of last week, when she finished her fourth course of antibiotics, she had been taking very strong antibiotics for six weeks and the doctor told her not to begin taking her refill as he wants to send the polyp out to be cultured and, if she were still taking the antibiotics at the time of the surgery, the culture would not give a true result.
As soon as she stopped taking the antibiotic she felt sick again (she has a pounding feeling in her sinuses and face and a dull headache) but, when she is taking the antibiotic she feels like she is on the verge of having diarrhea all the time and has to remember to keep taking pro-biotics to keep from having it.
Today is Thanksgiving and the thing I'm most thankful for is that Sandy didn't need surgery last week after all.
We drove to San Ysidro on the Mexico border on Monday, November 16th, and took the shuttle into Tijuana to see Dr. Villafana on Tuesday, but he thought all she needed was her dentures adjusted (he showed us how completely out of alinement her dentures were after he examined her bite and marked the places where her dentures were not meeting as they should).
He also spent over an hour with us explaining Sandy's MRI that was taken in September and, on a light box, carefully pointed out all the pictures where her jawbone looks healthy and solid -- even at the area where Sandy thought there must be more infection because it was so painful and "soft" to the touch.
Then he spent another hour working on her dentures and made them fit perfectly. He sent us home warning us that it would take at least three days before Sandy's headaches and body aches would diminish because it takes time for the adjustment to correct the alinement of all the bones connected to the jawbone. (We understood because Sandy had cranial adjustments -- back in 2002 when she didn't have teeth or dentures for nine months because of the amount of surgeries she was having at the time.
It took more than three days (about a week), but now she is feeling much better and feeling very positive about her future.
